Why I Washed My Hands with 30% More Soap Earlier

Based on the picture above, you could say that I'm loaded. Us, seniors, are in for some "tough last weeks" ahead. But, I guess we'll all be in one piece.Learn not to sweat the small stuff. That's the quote of the bookmark I chose to use as I read "My Antonia", one of the tasks on my to-do list. I selected that Dr. Greenspan saying to remind myself that despite the turbulent demands, I shouldn't stress myself too much.
I normally do that... The stressing >_<. I realized it just lately. Even the people around me started, too, as well. I still remember the words Patricia, my seatmate, used. I had told her about the things I do in my leisure time, and she harshly joked. "Akala ko, parati ka na lang busy."
I'm slowly learning how not to sweat the small stuff.
Anyways, I leave you with a video. I couldn't have chosen a better time to "relax once in a while", then the period one of my favorite shows, American Idol, begins. This is the audition of Renaldo Lapuz, a Fil-Am who describes Simon as if he's a Greek god, or something.
Enjoy! You know I'll be doing just that in the following days, thankfully ;)

As I watched God as He was writing, I saw how the story unfolded, I saw how the brightness of the yellow and the orange become of dark blue and gray.
I was going to ask God just why was He doing that, why all the glee had to end, and turn into gloom.
But, I didn't.
I suddenly noticed the way as He would move from curves to tittles, from one color to another, from the current word to the next...
As if He knew what He was doing...

I do not know what lies ahead of me, where I'll be ending up soon, or just what will I be doing. The future is such a frightening topic to dwell upon.
I also do not know why some things happen in my life, why do I need to suffer. I wonder if everything's going to be alright.
You see, the thought of uncertainty... the thought of upcoming hardships...
It's all pretty scary.
But, despite this fear, there is something inside of me giving me assurance. It tells me that in the end, everything's going to be just fine. And, as I come to think of it, that inner voice is right, that I am not given something I cannot handle.
So, whatever's in store for me in the future, I'm unafraid.
After all, my life was, is, and will always be...
GODWRITTEN.

5. Our group's Career Orientation Presentation - I'm surprised how much I enjoyed this. I had a good time preparing for it with my groupmates and had even a better time playing the role of a crazy scientist.

Read about it here.
4. My 1st Review Classes for College Exams - Who knew preparing for big exams would be this thrilling? Thanks to my temporary classmates. I enjoyed the company very much. Hope we all do well. :)

Read about it here.
3. OzineFest '07 with the PKMNph staff - At first, it was kind of awkward to have "real conversations" with people you're used to chat with online, but it eventually became alright. It took me a lot of convincing to get there from Tagaytay to Manila, but trust me, it was all worth it. :P

Read about it here.
2. Dramafest '07 - I got to play many interesting characters this school year, but my favorite one has to be "Pablo", the character I portrayed in our class's Dramafest '07 entry. Grabe, ang impact sa akin noon, 'cause of which I became less shy.
[Unfortunately, there is no photo available, neither is there a blog entry written about it. o_O Oh well.]
1. Hong Kong Family Trip - We've all been out-of-the-country before, but never as a family. It was nice to have, finally, such a trip. Of course, Hong Kong was absolutely stunning, but hey, wouldn't you enjoy the beauty of something much more with the company of your family? I sure did. :)
Check it out here.
And that was 2007 for me. Here's to another year of great moments to cherish! :P
