Instead of saying, "I'm worried," stop and say, "The Lord is my Shepherd." Then, add "So I'm worried to death!" The students laughed at the absurdity of the idea, but they all promised to play this new "peace-of-mind" game.Basically, it goes like that, and you can create your own statement after the "So I'm worried..." line. It's a silly concept, really. But, in my case, it worked out like it did for the students and Mary Welch, the creator of the game.
I've been worrying about a number of common things, too, lately - Some are big and some are even too small to actually be cared about. Then, I would just say those two lines and in most cases, I would actually get some peace of mind one way or another.
I decided to share this because you might get something out of this game, too. But, of course, my best suggestion would still be praying and just trust in the Lord. :)
We visited the new7wonders.com-nominated Chocolate Hills, ate lunch in a moving boat on a river, and saw tarsiers!
Tuesday: 3rd day at Bohol
We visited a resort where we swam and swam and swam. Got a chance to go kayaking, too.
Wednesday: 1st day at Cebu
It was my first time to ride a ferry. Later that day, we went to a shrine where you could ask questions and get answers. We tried it, and I asked if global warming would ever be solved. I got a 'maybe'.
Thursday: 2nd day at Cebu
The last day was the most exciting one of the trip. I had real fun playing the Wii, but it was when my sister and I decided to go parasailing that got me all hyped up! If I'm not mistaken, that was the most adventurous thing we've ever done in our lives so far. :D
The week was one of those awesome times you have with your family during summer.

First things first - I've finally graduated from high school!
And, just like last year, I went to the Ozine Fest with some of PKMN-ph's staff members. For the rest of the days, I've been either slacking off big time or helping out on the yearbook. And as I type that sentence, I feel alarmed with the sudden realization that I've spent a lot, if not most, of my vacation time in front of the computer. It's a good thing that we're going on a trip to Bohol and Cebu beginning tomorrow. That'll hopefully help me draw my attention away from the computer for a number of days.
So, there, a little update before I go off the' net and sleep for tomorrow's flight. Bye! :)
